Features

Everything you need to bill, collect, and close out a year.

Six things, on purpose. Each one designed for the truck-side workflow of a solo contractor — fast to use, safe to ignore until you need it.

SEND FAST · 01

Get an invoice out before you’re back on the road.

60-second quick invoice

Customer · amount · description · send. One screen, three fields, optimized for thumbs. The default flow.

Detailed invoice when you need it

Multi-line items, tax rate, due dates, notes. Same form pattern, expanded for the bigger jobs.

Recurring schedules

Weekly, biweekly, monthly, or quarterly. ProPay auto-spawns a fresh draft each period — review and send, or flip on auto-send and forget.

Reusable line items

Frequently-billed work shows up as tappable chips on the quick form. Tap once to fill the description and amount.

GET PAID EVERY WAY · 02

Card, Venmo, cash, check — you don’t pick the rails, your customer does.

Card via Stripe

Customer taps the link, lands on a clean invoice page, pays with a tap. Money lands in your bank in 1-2 business days. No customer account required.

Venmo deep-link

Set your @handle once. Every invoice gets a Pay-with-Venmo button alongside the card option. Opens Venmo with the amount and invoice number prefilled.

Mark paid manually

Cash, check, off-platform Venmo — flip the invoice to paid in two taps. Method is recorded so you can reconcile later.

Customers don’t install anything

It’s a text and a payment page. No app to download, no account to create, no portal to log into. Same friction as Venmo, on a page that looks like a bill.

STOP CHASING · 03

Reminders that go out without you lifting a finger.

Auto T+3 / T+7 / T+14

Three escalating reminders for any invoice that goes past due. Friendly nudge, then firmer, then final notice. Per-tier deduplication so the same one never fires twice.

Per-channel retry

If the SMS lands but the email bounced, you can retry just the email. Independent timestamps mean you always know what got delivered when.

Collection-health analytics

Avg days to pay, on-time rate, overdue aging buckets. The dashboard tells you which customers are dragging and how long they’ve been at it.

On-page reply thread

Customer can post a question on the invoice page; you reply from the dashboard. Both sides get email notifications so nothing falls through.

LOOK PROFESSIONAL · 04

Bills that don’t look like a Venmo screenshot.

Branded invoice PDF

Letterpress design — warm paper, serif business name, terracotta accents. Attached to every email. Customers print it and put it in a file.

Per-contractor numbering

Your invoice numbers are INV-YYYY-0001, 0002, 0003 — not platform-wide. Your second-ever bill doesn’t read INV-2026-4721 and tip your customers off about platform volume.

Branded transactional emails

Every email — invoice, reminder, receipt, customer reply — uses the same letterpress identity. Same look as the app, end to end.

Stamped status on PDFs

Paid invoices get a rotated PAID stamp on the receipt PDF. Real document feel, not a CSS pill on a SaaS dashboard.

TAX SEASON · 05

One click. April done.

YTD income CSV

Every paid invoice for the calendar year, with paid date, customer, amount, and notes. Pastes cleanly into Excel or QuickBooks. The single feature your accountant will thank you for.

Income at a glance

Dashboard shows YTD collected, outstanding balance, and a 12-month bar chart. No spreadsheet maintenance, no ‘wait, what did I make in March?’

Customer detail with full history

Click any customer to see every invoice you’ve sent them, what they’ve paid, and what’s outstanding. Becomes its own customer record over time.

BRING YOUR BOOK · 06

Move customers in, never get stuck.

CSV import

Drop a CSV exported from any contact tool, CRM, or accounting app. ProPay auto-detects the name, email, and phone columns. Edit the mapping if it guesses wrong.

Your data is yours

Download your YTD CSV any time, delete your account, you’re done. No cancellation fee, no platform lock-in, not even a farewell email.

Try it

Your next invoice is 60 seconds away.
